Job Requirements

must be 21 years old
must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the u.s.
must pass mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit check
must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
must be able to walk, stand, and bend for 6 or more hours
must be able to perform repetitive hand movements throughout shift
must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

high school diploma, g.e.d., or equivalent
prior cash handling experience
strong basic math skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to build rapport with diverse guests
knowledge of casino operations preferred
open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

know all table and seat numbers on the casino floor
know the value of different chips used in the casino
handle cash and chips with accuracy and minimal variance
learn and communicate promotional information and games offered at the casino
build positive rapport with guests
provide excellent customer service
maintain focus and efficiency for extended periods
