- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to obtain a Coeur d'Alene tribal gaming license required
- six months previous food and beverage experience preferred
- must be able to work well in a team environment
- excellent customer service skills required
- must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely

Job Duties
- Clear tables of plates, glasses, cups, and silverware
- assist the server in supplying beverages and food to the guests
- reset the table for the next guests
- stock shelves with clean cups and silverware
- decorate tables for special occasions with linens
- clean windows and wipe walls
- stock ice bins
- empty trash as needed
- sweep floors to keep clear of debris
- clean busing carts
- perform other projects and duties as assigned
