Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 plus years of alcohol service experience in a bar setting
- Completion of Responsible Vendor training course and Certification Exam with a passing score
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Working knowledge of state and local liquor laws
- Excellent guest service skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual, Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state and federal liquor laws and regulations, monitor bar staff compliance
- Understand all items sold at the bar with the ability to answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell
- Monitor excessive alcohol consumption of guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests efficiently and courteously
- Ensure safety and maintenance of the bar environment
- Contribute to creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for theater guests
