Job Description
Kraft Heinz is a global leader in the food and beverage industry, known for producing some of the most beloved household brands across the United States. The Cedar Rapids facility is a non-union production plant staffed by approximately 200 hourly employees, including both temporary and full-time associates, operating on a three-shift schedule. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Ability to operate power equipment such as pallet jacks
- Basic computer skills including experience with HMI interfaces
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and food safety standards

- Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures
- Responsible for Q-RMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document

Job Duties
- Operate power equipment
- Document bag temperatures
- Stage totes in first-in first-out order
- Basic understanding of HMI operation
- Communicate with Onpack operators / Prepack lead
- Identify any quality concerns, illegibly printed bags or seal integrity issues
- Follow all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures
