Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Ability to handle physical demands including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers and co-workers
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
  • Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or retail is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers
  • Prepare treat products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately
  • Be pleasant and alert to customer needs
  • Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including related chill equipment
  • Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of chill area
  • Controls food production process
  • Clean work area, organize and stock needed items
  • Break down and clean chill area thoroughly at the end of every day as assigned by a manager or shift leader
  • Wash counters, tables, trash receptacles
  • and gather trash, sweep, mop, and other cleaning tasks as assigned
