Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to handle physical demands including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers and co-workers
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers
- Prepare treat products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately
- Be pleasant and alert to customer needs
- Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including related chill equipment
- Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of chill area
- Controls food production process
- Clean work area, organize and stock needed items
- Break down and clean chill area thoroughly at the end of every day as assigned by a manager or shift leader
- Wash counters, tables, trash receptacles
- and gather trash, sweep, mop, and other cleaning tasks as assigned
