- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years working experience with children
- luxury hotel or resort experience preferred
- strong passion for customer service
- must be organized
- strong verbal communication skills
- able to become CPR and first aid certified

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operation of the Paintbox department
- direct management of the daily program
- interview, hire and train the staff and coordinate additional staff members from other departments
- strategize, organize and execute all special event activities for special occasions, holidays, summer and winter programs and special requests for groups and social functions
- design and implement educational and teaching programs using the resort's natural resources
- develop, implement and maintain new procedures for Paintbox operations that improve guest experience
- communicate with resort staff and guests about upcoming programs and offerings within Paintbox and family activities
