Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, human-centered design, behavioural science, or related field
- minimum 5 years experience in customer experience design, digital engagement, or human connection design
- proficiency with human-centered design thinking and prototyping
- strong project coordination capabilities
- ability to collaborate cross-culturally
- familiarity with behavioral insights and storytelling
- comfort using safe digital communication tools and platforms
- excellent command of written and verbal English
- available for occasional international travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, human-centered design, behavioural science, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in customer experience design, digital engagement, or human connection design, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting
- expertise in human-centered design thinking and prototyping
- strong project coordination and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- knowledge of behavioral insights, storytelling, and content design
- proficiency with safe digital communication tools and platforms
- excellent written and verbal English
- additional languages are an asset
Job Duties
- Collaborate and influence with Field and Support Offices and WVI Sponsorship colleagues to pilot and implement new safe interaction types
- design and test safe, innovative child-sponsor connection experiences based on field insights, behavioural data, and sponsor expectations
- support Virtual Field Visits and digital event coordination to provide immersive and safe sponsor experiences
- develop and maintain best practice guidelines for safe, meaningful child-sponsor connections
- evaluate sponsor satisfaction and child feedback to continuously improve interaction formats
- coordinate safe delivery of standard sponsorship products such as letters, photos, and videos per Support Office requirements
