Job Duties

Washing and storing dishes, utensils, containers and trays
acting as cashier and collecting money from food sales
assisting in preparation and serving of main dishes, salads, vegetables and other menu items
providing assistance in receiving and storing food, supplies and materials
assisting in maintaining inventory control and operational records
operating kitchen cooking and cleaning machinery including oven, mixer, grater, slicer and dishwasher
