Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years if responsible for driving a van)
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Candidates must pass required state and company background checks
- Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move weights between 10 to 50 pounds
- Ability to interact physically and mentally with children in active play

Job Duties
- Ensure both internal and external areas are clean and safe
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and manage waste disposal
- Keep an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Comply with all health, safety, and immunization requirements
- Frequently lift or move children and objects weighing 10 to 40 pounds
- Stand and engage actively with children on playgrounds or in classrooms
- React immediately to unexpected circumstances requiring physical effort
