Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass state and company required background checks
- Prior cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move weights between 10 to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to interact physically and mentally with children
- Compliance with immunization and health screening requirements
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if responsible for driving a van)
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred
- Ability to pass required state and company background checks
- Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
Job Duties
- Ensure both internal and external areas are clean and safe
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and manage waste disposal
- Keep an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Lift and move children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand and work on feet for 95% of the workday
- Interact with children on the playground or in the classroom
- React immediately to unexpected circumstances to maintain safety
