Job Requirements
- Must meet state requirements for education and center/school policies
- Comfortable working around children
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles is a plus
- Comfortable working around children
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
Job Duties
- Keep building, classrooms, and playgrounds clean and orderly
- Complete janitorial tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and restrooms
- Gather and empty trash
- Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls
- Refill dispensers in restrooms
- Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays
