- Ability to adapt to menu changes and schedules
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to assist in classroom activities
Job Duties
- Create home-style nutritional meal plans within budget and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare meals and snacks for children and staff
- Distribute food to classrooms
- Follow USDA, licensing, and health department regulations
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist in classrooms as an assistant teacher or floater
