Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED certificate required
  • minimum one year experience working with children preferred
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • proof of insurance
  • ability to pass required background screening
  • ability to pass physical examination

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED certificate
  • mature responsible individual of reputable character
  • ability to exercise sound judgment
  • minimum one year experience working with children in day care or residential setting preferred
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • able to pass background screening and physical examination

Job Duties

  • Provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for the children and families
  • assist nurse practitioners in conducting well and sick child exams
  • administer medication to children
  • answer the door and phones and facilitate family visits
  • accept donations and assist in inventory process
  • assist with children's activities and leisure time management
  • prepare and serve meals and snacks based on nutrition guidelines
