Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- cpr certification
- first aid certification
- knowledge of recreation equipment
- any certification or training required by local and state agencies
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 pounds standing or walking for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety protocols

Job Duties
- contribute to the youth program team goal of providing fun educational and caring services to children
- build rapport and take genuine interest in children and parents utilizing child activity services
- organize arts and crafts time lead games read stories and sing songs
- promote youth programs and assist parents in registration
- maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities and equipment
- report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to manager and complete safety training and certifications
- comply with company policies ensure professional appearance maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- welcome guests anticipate and address service needs assist individuals with disabilities thank guests
- use clear professional language answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance expectations
- perform physical tasks such as lifting standing or sitting for long periods
