Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push carts up to 150 pounds in moving and stocking inventory
- Will work in walk-in coolers and freezers
- Required to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in banquet, culinary, or related operations
- Prior supervisory experience desired
- Experience with collective bargaining environment preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Stewarding team including dish machine operators and porters
- Hires, trains, schedules and leads all aspects of the Stewarding team
- Inspect, label and date products to ensure food safety and quality and dispose of waste appropriately
- Maintain all food service areas including kitchens, dish areas, and storage areas to comply with state health codes and regulations
- Order and control all inventory effectively
- Supervise and maintain sanitation of all kitchen equipment and assigned areas
- Assist in banquet functions by coordinating operational needs with Banquet Chef/Manager
- Oversee receiving, proper storing, and rotation of food products with focus on FIFO and temperature standards
