Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Or two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work full time in a management role

Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen utility operations including dish room and banquet plating
- Order and maintain inventory supplies and equipment
- Schedule staff and coordinate events and activities
- Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Supervise and train kitchen utility staff including dishwashers and helpers
- Investigate and follow up on employee accidents and reports
- Ensure proper use and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and machinery
