Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to operate kitchen utility equipment and enforce safety standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven supervisory and management experience in kitchen or food service operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, safety, and loss prevention regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and control department expenses
- Proficient in inventory management and staff scheduling
Job Duties
- Manages daily kitchen utility operations including dish room, night cleaning, and banquet plating
- Orders and manages supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms for utility staff
- Schedules events, programs, and employee shifts
- Conducts and controls inventories of china, glass, silver, food, smallware, and liquor
- Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas for efficiency and adherence to standards
- Supervises and trains kitchen utility staff ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Provides leadership, performance feedback, and disciplinary measures to maintain productivity and morale
