Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting a military flight test program
- 10+ years of experience in military tactical aviation
- commercial certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements
- current FAA class II medical certificate or must have the ability to obtain one
- ability to pass the U.S. Air Force water survival and physiology training
- test pilot school (TPS) graduate

- ability to pass the U.S. Air Force water survival and physiology training
- test pilot school (TPS) graduate
- 3+ years of experience in aircraft production operations preferred
- current and qualified in the T-7A or similar tactical training aircraft preferred
Job Duties
- Operates aircraft and manages test pilots and first-level managers performing aircrew duties including activities to prepare for and conduct safe test flight operations
- applies crew resource management principles to the operation of aircraft
- performs and manages activities to plan, conduct and evaluate ground and test flights
- leads aircrew activities to support design efforts
- develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- manages, develops, trains and evaluates test pilots and first-level managers
