Job Duties
- Oversee all flight operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and supervise the team of pilots ensuring they are trained current and meeting operational standards
- Review and approve flight plans ensuring optimal routes and safety measures are in place
- Coordinate pilot training programs and schedules ensuring all pilots are adequately prepared for their duties
- Act as a liaison between pilots and management distributing important information and addressing any concerns or requests from the flight crew
- Ensure adherence to FAA regulations and other industry standards maintaining necessary documentation and records for audits and inspections
- Implement and manage safety protocols identifying and mitigating risks associated with flight operations
