Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in premium dining and hospitality
- Proven multi-unit and multi-city operational leadership
- Expertise in culinary operations and menu innovation
- Strong partner and client relationship skills
- Ability to lead change and drive performance improvements
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in progressive leadership roles within premium dining, resorts, and high-touch hospitality
- Proven success leading multi-unit, multi-city operations with full P&L accountability
- Expertise with culinary operations and menu innovation
- Strong partner management skills at complex venues or destination properties
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and enhance performance through people, analytics, and innovation
- Confident communicator who inspires teams
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day performance across four regions by developing and coaching regional teams
- Implement consistent standards in service, culinary execution, safety, and brand presentation
- Partner closely with culinary leadership to advance menu innovation and guest-facing concepts
- Support openings, launches, refreshes, special events and experience enhancements
- Cultivate trusted relationships with venue and destination partners including Disney and cultural institutions
- Own operational profit and loss performance, lead forecasting, labor management, food costs and cost controls
- Build strong leadership pipelines by coaching regional leaders and advancing succession plans
- Embrace new technology and operational approaches to accelerate service improvement and anticipate market shifts
