Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in engineering maintenance
- leadership experience in a hotel or similar setting
- knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
- ability to manage budgets and inventory
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in property engineering and maintenance
- leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- strong communication and organizational abilities
- ability to train and develop staff
- familiarity with hospitality industry operational standards
Job Duties
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance of operating systems
- oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, annual certifications and licenses
- ensure accommodations are safe for guests and associates
- train, motivate, and review all engineering staff
- meet all Concord Hospitality and hotel brand compliance standards and operating controls
- provide effective communication to General Manager, Concord, and ownership on concern areas
- participate in Leadership Development Training for professional growth
