Job Requirements
- a minimum of 5 years fundraising experience is required
- bachelor's degree in a related field required
- experience in non-profit fundraising leadership including major gifts and grant writing is required

Job Duties
- serve as the senior leader of the development department responsible for overall fundraising strategy and management of all fundraising activities
- develop implement and track the organization's comprehensive development plan ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial needs
- develop and manage the annual fundraising budget regularly track and analyze key performance indicators
- manage mentor and provide strategic direction to the marketing manager and annual giving manager fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
- provide final strategic oversight and approval on all major fundraising initiatives and campaign assets including direct mail lists digital strategies and event plans
- ensure a cohesive and consistent message is conveyed across all fundraising channels
- lead the organization's major gift and principal giving programs focusing on securing transformational gifts from individuals corporations and foundations
