Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or financial management
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to lead and develop accounting teams
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with accounting principles
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial performance and present findings to senior management
- Lead budgeting process and monitor budget performance with variance analysis
- Develop and maintain internal controls and conduct regular audits for compliance
- Oversee purchasing card process and assist in year-end audit
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Conduct financial analysis for strategic planning and provide financial guidance
