Job Requirements
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides required knowledge and skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to communicate in English
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and balance for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Available for flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of menu products
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Competence in operating glassware washing machines
- Familiarity with dish room practices including separating utensils
- Proficient English communication skills
- Basic reading, math, writing and task completion
- Skills in coordinating, following instructions, problem solving, decision making
- Flexible to all shifts including holidays and weekends
- Minimum age of 21 years
Job Duties
- Promptly welcome guests and provide responsive, professional service
- Communicate effectively with management and culinary staff to address guest needs
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave
- Assist servers in pre-bussing and busing tables
- Set up and manage to-go and pick-up areas
- Refill beverages as necessary
- Set and reset tables and side stations
- Deliver food orders to tables
- Ensure cleanliness of machines and dining area
- Fold and roll napkins and maintain silverware
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and learn menu items
- Assist kitchen in expediting service
- Maintain general dining room cleanliness
- Handle warehouse orders
- Perform other duties within the scope of the position
