Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
any combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
ability to obtain or renew all required licenses such as gaming registration and alcohol awareness certification
willingness to work varying schedules reflecting business needs
commitment to regular attendance
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
ability to maintain respectful and appropriate communication with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
any combination of education, training, or experience that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities
ability to obtain or renew all government required licenses and certifications
dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations of clients
trusted and respectful individual with courteous communication
cooperative team player contributing to a positive work environment

Job Duties

Prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
input and ring-up charges for guest orders using the POS system
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment
maintain proper and adequate setup of bar before, during and after shifts
listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive and clear speaking voice
make constant contact with customers to provide optimal guest service
perform other tasks as assigned by management
