Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Ability to bend kneel and stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively and take direction from supervision
- Ability to supervise including training and development
- Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks
- Friendly outgoing personality

Job Duties
- Ensure guests receive polite friendly service from all chicken kitchen staff
- Demonstrate superior guest service at all times
- Achieve sales shrink and profit goals for the chicken kitchen
- Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies
- Operate department according to merchandising and operational standards
- Ensure quality of product meets Lowes Foods standards
- Maintain sanitation and safety according to Lowes Foods standards
- Provide guidance orientation training and feedback to chicken kitchen staff
- Perform product preparation receiving ordering stocking and guest service as necessary
- Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards
- Perform all other duties assigned by management
- Perform PA announcements
