- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend kneel and stand for extended periods
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations
- Ability to supervise people including training and development
- Effective communication guest service and selling skills
- Ability to work well with computers

Job Duties
- Ensure guests receive polite friendly service from all chicken kitchen staff
- Demonstrate superior guest service at all times
- Achieve sales shrink and profit goals for the chicken kitchen
- Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies
- Operate the department according to strict merchandising and operational standards
- Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards
- Maintain sanitation and safety in compliance with Lowes Foods guidelines
- Provide guidance orientation training and feedback to chicken kitchen staff
- Perform product preparation receiving ordering stocking and guest service
- Manage department labor budget and scheduling
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Perform PA announcements
