Job Requirements

  • High school education or GED plus three years food preparation experience
  • Food handlers permit or ability to obtain by passing safety and sanitation test
  • Ability to read, write, weigh and measure
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to train and lead others

  • Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as a member of the management team by providing leadership, direction, and supervision to team members during their shift
  • Delegate shift duty assignments to staff and students
  • Oversee front end and back of restaurant operations
  • Ensure products and ingredients are stocked and available based on forecasting
  • Train new team members
  • Ensure presentation, quality, and food standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service through greeting guests, addressing concerns, processing orders via POS, performing cashier duties, food preparation, monitoring food quality and safety, stocking, inventory management, cleaning, and opening and closing procedures
