Job Requirements
- 6 months of Assistant Manager experience in our organization or 1 year of leadership experience at another restaurant
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to be present on the restaurant floor for the majority of the shift
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Run the restaurant operations to the effect of the General Manager
- Execute leading the team in FOH and BOH
- Maintain and audit all processes in the restaurant
- Discipline and coach team members accordingly
- Attend and participate in meeting with the General Manager and the Senior Staff including the owner
- Handle guest concerns
- Work in one or several different positions on the floor
- Run breaks for team members
- Coach team members
