Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role
  • ability to undergo detailed training in communication, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • strong organizational skills
  • capacity to manage budgets for food cost, labor, and inventory
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • high energy and self-motivation

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate kitchen-oriented strategies
  • guide leadership to achieve food safety, speed, and quality standards
  • develop leadership through teaching, training, and delegating tasks
  • continuously assess systems and procedures for accuracy, productivity, and safety
  • quickly resolve operational issues to prevent recurrence
  • manage food cost, labor, and inventory expenses within budgets
  • properly resolve concerns via CFA CARES and other reports
  • establish and maintain a friendly and controlled work environment
