Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a manager in this organization or 3 years as a general manager in a restaurant
- Minimum 1 year experience as a team member in this organization or 3 years in a similar service concept restaurant
- Experience leading teams of 30 or more staff
- Ability to manage scheduling for large teams
- Proficiency in enforcing policies and procedures
- Strong financial management skills
- Effective coaching and disciplinary skills
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year experience as a team member within this organization or 3 years in a similar service concept
- Proven experience leading teams of 30 or more

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate a team of 70+ members
- Hold team accountability by following policies and procedures
- Ensure a highly satisfying dining experience for guests
- Spend 30% time on the floor during peak hours to monitor service and quality standards
- Work with key leaders to grow and develop the team
- Engage with senior leadership including the owner
- Manage scheduling of 70+ team members
- Lead and motivate a leadership team of 10+ leaders
- Conduct meetings, documentation, coaching, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor and adjust best practices for customer service
- Provide positive reinforcement to staff
- Complete tasks assigned by owner or senior leadership
- Build and execute sales growth plans
- Manage restaurant finances including supplier payments
- Develop and manage profit and loss statements
