Job Duties

Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook including punctuality, hygiene, appearance
Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift
Treat all guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect
Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top notch
Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in the drive-thru
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, going above and beyond in order to keep our guests safe
Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business
Constantly grow yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster, giving 100% all day every day
Provide exceptional service that aligns with Chick-fil-A standards, which are: Clean & Safe Environment, Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service, & Genuine Hospitality
