18 years of age or older
Fully available to work on Fridays and Saturdays as they are the busiest days
Willing and able to work outdoors in drive-thru and on feet for several hours
Genuine interest in serving others
Commitment to Chick-fil-A customer service standards and promise to guests
Open availability preferred

Job Duties

Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook including punctuality, hygiene, and appearance
Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift
Treat all guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect
Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top notch
Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role including lifting up to 50 lbs, working on feet for several hours, and working outdoors in the drive-thru
Ensure the highest standards of food safety to keep guests safe
Display good stewardship and ownership for the business
Constantly grow by finding ways to work better and faster, giving 100% every day
Provide exceptional service aligned with Chick-fil-A standards: clean and safe environment, great food, fast and accurate service, and genuine hospitality
