Job Requirements
- Open availability Monday-Saturday preferred
- Friday and Saturday availability is required
- Availability for day shifts starting between 5:30 am and 11:00 am ending between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, part-time or full-time
- Availability for evening shifts starting at 2:00 pm or earlier ending around 9:00 pm with ability to work until 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm, part-time or full-time
Job Qualifications
- No experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards
- Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items
- Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines
