Job Requirements

Open availability Monday-Saturday preferred
Friday and Saturday availability is required
Availability for day shifts starting between 5:30 am and 11:00 am ending between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, part-time or full-time
Availability for evening shifts starting at 2:00 pm or earlier ending around 9:00 pm with ability to work until 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm, part-time or full-time

Job Qualifications

No experience required
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards
Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items
Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines
