Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid training at JetBlue University in Orlando
- Ability to comply with FAA safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to display empathy and sound judgment
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass background and security checks
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with aviation safety standards preferred

Job Duties
- Manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- Uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- Ensure all passenger interactions reflect brand values of reliability, innovation, and humanity
- Support guests and crew with real-time decision-making during all phases of flight
- Collaborate with inflight crew to deliver seamless service
- Participate in safety briefings and operational meetings
- Assist in crisis management and problem resolution
