Job Requirements
- Must be located in Chicago
- Ability to commute 100 percent within local market and occasionally out of state
- Willingness to relocate based on market needs
- Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move around studio space and attend classes
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Completion of Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training program preferred
- Minimum of three years in multi-unit leadership role preferred
- Proven leadership in fitness, service, or hospitality industries
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse personalities and leadership levels
- Experience delivering constructive feedback and coaching
- Coachable with a growth mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Demonstrated alignment with CorePower Yoga core values
Job Duties
- Develop district-level strategies to achieve financial, operational, and student-service goals
- Execute remote operating systems to promote team cohesion
- Use analytics to identify trends and implement business growth strategies
- Integrate company goals and initiatives into team objectives
- Prepare and communicate revenue plans and forecasts
- Manage district expenses through cost control
- Participate in strategic pilots and projects to improve operational efficiency
- Lead district alignment with CorePower Yoga’s mission and quality standards
- Partner with Vice President of Yoga Operations on district operations
- Provide feedback to enhance student experience and company strategy
- Sustain high-level communication through productive dialogue
- Conduct meetings and trainings to promote teamwork
- Oversee and coach for consistency and quality in district programs
- Manage district physical assets including maintenance and vendor relations
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop studio leaders
- Execute health and safety protocols consistently
- Supervise and coach teams to maintain job effectiveness
- Deliver feedback and performance growth plans
- Build talent bench for succession planning
- Uphold HR and legal protocols
- Lead and facilitate learning and development workshops
- Participate in company-wide hiring activities
- Lead or participate in teacher trainings
