Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties
- Adhere to all image and costume guidelines
- interact with and entertain guests
- promote events and specials to enhance goodwill and profitability
- provide best-in-class service and hospitality by greeting guests, executing food and drink orders including taking and ringing in orders, suggestive selling, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks
- answer phones and take reservations
- seat guests according to server availability
- maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- wish guests farewell and invite them to return
- perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management
