- Availability to work weekends and varied AM and PM shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen and front of house staff

Job Duties
- Organize and run the line on the front of house side
- Review tickets and communicate with the kitchen regarding orders
- Serve as the final check before food is delivered to guests
- Perform general restaurant preparation duties
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Work flexible shifts including weekends with both AM and PM availability
- Ensure exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction
