Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to handle cash accurately and follow security procedures
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing and bending
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a smile and appropriate greeting
- record customer reservations and seating times accurately
- maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- set up and maintain dining room areas before service
- assist with stocking silverware for shifts
- advise guests on menus and beverage options
- oversee delivery and service of food and beverages
- liaise between kitchen and floor staff
- perform cashier and busser duties as required
- follow cash handling policies and procedures
- patrol assigned station, refill water and coffee, and maintain condiments
- perform tasks such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, washing dishes, and cleaning during downtime
