Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume restaurant
- Ability to follow health department regulations regarding food handling and sanitation
- Knowledge of proper table setup and restaurant dress codes
- Ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests and team members
- Capability to handle difficult guests and work harmoniously with coworkers

Job Duties
- Provide superior service to internal and external customers
- Clean dining areas, tables, and server stations
- Set tables with dishes, napkins, silverware, glassware, and condiments
- Clear, clean, stock, and set up dining room tables and server stations
- Transport dirty dishes to dishwashing area
- Assist kitchen personnel with unloading and cleaning bus tubs and carts
- Communicate effectively with management and culinary staff to address guest needs or issues
