Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume restaurant
  • Ability to follow health department regulations regarding food handling and sanitation
  • Knowledge of proper table setup and restaurant dress codes
  • Ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests and team members
  • Capability to handle difficult guests and work harmoniously with coworkers

Job Duties

  • Provide superior service to internal and external customers
  • Clean dining areas, tables, and server stations
  • Set tables with dishes, napkins, silverware, glassware, and condiments
  • Clear, clean, stock, and set up dining room tables and server stations
  • Transport dirty dishes to dishwashing area
  • Assist kitchen personnel with unloading and cleaning bus tubs and carts
  • Communicate effectively with management and culinary staff to address guest needs or issues
