Job Duties
- Set up and service off premise catering events
- Orchestrate daily operation of warehouse including coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Deliver food and/or equipment to catering events
- Wash dishes and organize all catering supplies within the warehouse
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented and served correctly adhering to company standards
- Serve clients courteously and professionally in accordance with customer service policy
- Prepare the area or room prior to guest arrival for functions or events
- Work with logistics including picking, packing and distribution of durable goods
- Help with setups and breakdowns at events
- Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse and report deficiencies
- Properly store and organize all incoming orders and supply deliveries
