Job Requirements
- associate's degree in culinary arts
- ServSafe certification and/or food manager's license
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- working knowledge of food preparation methods and terminology
- three years experience as a culinary supervisor in the food industry
- ability to lead and develop cooks, dishwashers, and waitstaff
- willingness to travel regularly to multiple sites
- commitment to customer service principles
- ability to embrace mission, vision, and values

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality meals according to therapeutic diets and preferences
- manage food orders and inventory
- ensure customer service satisfaction
- adhere to budget guidelines
- supervise cooks and kitchen staff
- travel regularly to Walker Methodist communities in St Paul and Minneapolis
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
