- Ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) or equivalent

Job Duties
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the daily food production to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage and schedule kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs to optimize budget adherence
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all kitchen operations
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to coordinate service and address customer feedback
- Implement and enforce kitchen policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency
- Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment
