  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) or equivalent

  • Previous experience managing ordering and supplier relationships

Job Duties

  • Plan, prepare, and oversee the daily food production to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage and schedule kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs to optimize budget adherence
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to coordinate service and address customer feedback
  • Implement and enforce kitchen policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment
