  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year management experience
  • supervisory culinary background
  • ability to stay current with culinary trends
  • excellent mentoring, leadership and communication skills
  • prior culinary/kitchen management experience
  • strong coaching skills
  • passion for food and service

Job Duties

  • be responsible for menu compliance, cooking, food production, food quality/presentation, safety/sanitation
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards (HACCP)
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • direct the activities of 10-15 associates
  • work a schedule of 10AM - 6PM or 9AM - 5PM, including at least one weekend day
