Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- minimum 1 year management experience
- supervisory culinary background
- ability to stay current with culinary trends
- excellent mentoring, leadership and communication skills
- prior culinary/kitchen management experience
- strong coaching skills
- passion for food and service

Job Duties
- be responsible for menu compliance, cooking, food production, food quality/presentation, safety/sanitation
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards (HACCP)
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- direct the activities of 10-15 associates
- work a schedule of 10AM - 6PM or 9AM - 5PM, including at least one weekend day
