Job Requirements
- Must have ServSafe certification or be willing to acquire within 90 days
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft applications
- Must possess problem solving and leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Vocational, technical training, education, or degree preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Cooking experience in a similar environment preferred
- Scratch cooking experience preferred
Job Duties
- Handle and prepare food safely following policies and infection control and safety standards
- Ensure timely production and meal service is provided to residents
- Set up line service
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after each use
- Assist with special events
- Assist Culinary Director with supervision and training of culinary staff
- Perform other duties as assigned and directed
