Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in relevant field
  • 2 years experience in guest services or related professional area
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple operational functions
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience
  • Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 2 years of related experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of guest service and hospitality standards
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with employee training and development

Job Duties

  • Assist in executing all hotel operations departments
  • Manage staff across multiple departments
  • Improve guest and employee satisfaction continuously
  • Ensure adherence to standards and procedures
