Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a chef or cook
Knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety standards
Ability to work Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
Ability to manage kitchen inventory and supplies
Ability to collaborate with clinical teams

Job Qualifications

Experience in menu curation
Familiarity with dietary restrictions and nutritional needs
Culinary arts or related education preferred
Passion for mental and behavioral health
Ability to manage budgets and kitchen operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Enjoyment of cooking and creativity in recipe development

Job Duties

Curate menus that meet a broad range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium
Develop and maintain culinary and equipment budget for department
Manage menu planning, supply ordering, kitchen maintenance, and sanitation standards
Oversee nutritional needs of adolescents and young adults while maintaining dietary needs and exciting taste buds
Prepare meals that align with therapeutic goals and dietary restrictions
