  • ability to work full-time and on-call shifts
  • ability to follow federal state and local health and safety regulations
  • capacity to maintain quality standards consistently
  • strong attention to detail and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • previous culinary experience in multi-stations preferred
  • strong foundation in classical and contemporary cooking techniques
  • ability to work full-time and on-call shifts
  • prior experience in executive dining or corporate catering environments is a plus
  • excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • support executive dining center including high-level meetings events and vip service
  • rotate across stations and service styles including plated service receptions and high-volume catering
  • execute menus with consistency accuracy and elevated presentation
  • assist with prep service breakdown and event transitions with professionalism and efficiency
  • uphold the highest standards of food safety organization and hospitality
  • serve as a reliable adaptable presence across the culinary operation
