Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory culinary role
- experience in banquet cooking and large-scale food production
- ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of supervisor or sous chef experience
- solid banquet cooking experience
- demonstrated confidence in large-scale food production and organization
- ability to work effectively in multi-outlet food and beverage environments
- strong leadership and team management skills
- passion for culinary excellence and creativity
- knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- prepare, cook, and present food in alignment with quality standards, productivity goals, cost controls, and forecast needs
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment
- assist the Executive Chef and Banquet Chef with managing the kitchen staff including cooks and other personnel
- oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure adherence to quality standards
- monitor production flow and product quality to maintain efficiency and excellence
- train, supervise, support, schedule and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance
- provide strong leadership and foster teamwork among the culinary team
- encourage creativity and passion for culinary excellence within the team
- ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations in conjunction with ECOSURE
- uphold Hilton's commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and quality service
