Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing daily food preparation
- Coordinate activities across all kitchens and banquet operations
- Lead and manage kitchen teams effectively
- Ensure all kitchen personnel understand and follow their job descriptions
- Maintain and improve the hotel's high culinary standards
- Manage cost control to align with the hotel's budget targets
- Foster a positive working environment focused on exceptional guest dining experiences
